Rules and conditions for using Maps Scraper.

Last updated: June 6, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Maps Scraper ("Service"), operated by us ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, connecting third-party services such as Google or Gmail, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Maps Scraper is a lead-generation platform. When you run a scrape job, you provide a keyword and city; we access Google Maps to collect publicly visible business listing information and store it in your account. You may purchase wallet credits, export leads, track outreach status, and optionally send email through the Gmail API when you connect your Gmail account.

Features may change over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

2a. Google Maps and Google API use

By using Maps Scraper, you acknowledge that:

  • Lead data is obtained from Google Maps based on searches you initiate
  • Sign-in may use Google OAuth subject to Google's terms and policies
  • Outreach email uses the Gmail API only after you explicitly authorize access
  • You must comply with applicable laws and with Google's terms when using data obtained through the Service

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle Google Maps listing data and Google API user data.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with laws applicable to you, including laws governing data collection, marketing, and email outreach in your jurisdiction.

4. Your account

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account.
  • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • One person or legal entity may not share account access in a way that violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. Wallet credits and payments

Certain features consume wallet credits (for example, scraping a lead or sending an outreach email). Credit packages and pricing are shown in the Service. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Purchased credits are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

We may change pricing or credit consumption rates with notice. Unused credits have no cash value and may expire or be forfeited if your account is terminated for violation of these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party terms (including Google Maps, Google APIs, Gmail, and CAN-SPAM or equivalent anti-spam laws)
  • Scrape, collect, or use data in ways prohibited by the source platform or without a lawful basis
  • Send unsolicited bulk email, spam, phishing, or deceptive messages
  • Harass, threaten, defraud, or harm others
  • Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure
  • Resell or redistribute the Service or scraped data in violation of these Terms or applicable law
  • Circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or security controls

You are solely responsible for the content of outreach emails you send and for obtaining any consents required before contacting leads.

7. Gmail and Google integrations

If you connect Gmail, you authorize us to access your Gmail account through the Gmail API only as described in our Privacy Policy and only to provide features you initiate (sending outreach and syncing related replies). You may disconnect Gmail at any time.

If you use Google Sign-In, we receive basic profile information to authenticate your account. Your use of all Google services is subject to Google's Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy.

8. Your content and leads

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as email templates, notes, and messages). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you.

Public business information obtained through scrape jobs may originate from third-party sources. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or lawful usability of scraped data for your intended purpose.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks except as needed to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

10. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties such as Google, Gmail, Razorpay, and hosting providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their policies. Your use of those services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT SCRAPED DATA OR EMAIL DELIVERY WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your outreach communications, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
