Google Maps Platform business data
Lead Generator helps you build lead lists from Google Maps. When you run a lead search, you enter a keyword and city. Our service retrieves matching business listings through the Google Maps Platform Places API (Text Search and Place Details), including business name, address, phone number, website, rating, review count, opening hours, and location coordinates when available.
We may also use the Geocoding API to improve search accuracy for the city you provide. Listing data is stored in your Lead Generator account so you can filter, export, track outreach status, and email leads. We do not sell Google Maps listing data to third parties.
When we display Google-sourced place information in the product, we follow Google's attribution requirements. You are responsible for using collected leads in compliance with applicable laws and with the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service, Places API policies, and any other third-party terms that apply to your use case.
Google Sign-In (OAuth)
You may sign in with Google. We use the Google OAuth API to verify your identity and receive your name and email address. We do not access your Google account beyond sign-in unless you separately connect Gmail for outreach (below).
Gmail API (optional outreach)
If you choose to connect Gmail, we use the Gmail API with your authorization to:
- Send email — deliver outreach messages you compose to your leads
- Read email — sync replies in existing outreach conversations you started in Lead Generator
- Identify your address — show which Gmail account is connected
Gmail access is optional, used only for features you initiate, and can be disconnected anytime from the Email section of your Lead Generator account. Our use of Google user data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy.
