User data deletion
How to delete your account and remove personal data from Lead Generator.
Lead Generator lets you delete your account and associated personal data at any time. For full details, see our Privacy.
1. Delete your account (recommended)
When you delete your account, we remove or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period.
- Sign in at leads.shadbox.com.
- Open Profile from the sidebar.
- Use Delete account and confirm.
2. Disconnect integrations before deletion (optional)
- Gmail — Email account settings → Disconnect Gmail.
- WhatsApp — WhatsApp settings → Disconnect your number.
3. Request deletion by email
Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject line Data deletion request.
4. Facebook / Meta data
If you connected WhatsApp through Meta Embedded Signup, disconnecting in Lead Generator removes our stored connection.
